Summerworkshop from 14th July to 18th July2025 with Caroline Donati
Have you ever been lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the 11 o'clock lady - the Star of Bethlehem - opening their luminous star-shaped flowers every morning? Have you been struck by the indigo blue of the little Plumbago? Or was it the bright yellow of the Mustard that grows everywhere that caught your eye?
We continue our exploration of these plants that do us good, based on the teachings of the Swiss physician and alchemist Paracelsus and Dr Edward Bach.
From its root system to its flowers, from its germination to its expansion, we explore the vibratory structure of the plant; this informs its therapeutic qualities.
Based on our observations, we develop a specific artistic language: tonality, texture, graphic lines, shapes... we set our own creative gestures in motion.
Our compositions reflect the vibratory signature of each plant and the message it delivers.
We observe the plants in their environment and in the studio; our tools are watercolour, coloured inks and pigments.
This workshop is open to all levels, including beginners.
